Welcome to trueintegral.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, and your purchase of any products from True Integral, including blood glucose monitoring systems, diabetes test strips, lancets, blood pressure monitors, mesh nebulizers, and related accessories (the “Products”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or purchase Products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Account Registration

Some features (order history, wishlist, faster checkout) require a My Account registration. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately at sales@trueintegral.com of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Medical Device & Health Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

2.1 True Integral is a retailer of consumer home-use health monitoring devices. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, or health care professional, and nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2.2 Product descriptions, specifications, and any educational content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Always read the product’s official instructions for use (IFU) and package insert before use.

2.3 Before using any Product — including blood glucose meters, test strips, lancets, blood pressure monitors, or nebulizers — to make decisions about your health, medication, or treatment, consult a licensed physician or qualified health care provider. Do not rely on any Product as a substitute for professional medical advice, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

2.4 If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not use this Site or contact customer support for emergency medical situations.

2.5 Products sold on the Site are intended for general consumer use as labeled by the manufacturer. Some Products may not be appropriate for all users (e.g., certain conditions, pregnancy, pacemakers, or other implanted devices). Review contraindications in the manufacturer’s documentation and consult your doctor if you are uncertain.

2.6 If you experience an adverse event or product malfunction that resulted in (or could result in) injury, please contact us immediately at sales@trueintegral.com and, where applicable, report the event to the product manufacturer and/or the FDA MedWatch program.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

3.1 Product Information

We attempt to display Product information (including images, descriptions, and specifications) as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Actual packaging and materials may vary from what is shown on the Site.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted; if a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated, we will contact you before shipping or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3.3 Availability

All orders are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a Product, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or reseller/bulk-buying activity inconsistent with normal retail use.

3.4 Promotions

Promotional discounts (such as “PLUS membership” savings or seasonal sales) are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including Product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — a shipping confirmation indicates your order has been accepted and fulfilled.

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party, PCI-compliant payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

4.3 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where required otherwise by law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address; additional charges may apply for address corrections or reshipment due to an incorrect address you provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

6.1 Returns

Subject to Product-specific restrictions noted below, most unopened, unused Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us at sales@trueintegral.com or through the Support Center.

6.2 Hygiene & Safety Exclusions

For health and safety reasons, the following categories generally cannot be returned once opened, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error:

Lancets
Diabetes test strips
Nebulizer mouthpieces, masks, or other single-patient-use accessories
Any Product where the packaging seal has been broken

6.3 Manufacturer Warranty

Many Products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, as described in the Product’s included documentation. Warranty claims (repair, replacement, or service) are handled according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms. Contact sales@trueintegral.com or use the Support Center’s warranty/registration tools for assistance.

6.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or repair.

6.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, the “True Integral” name and marks, “Confidence at Home™,” “The True Integral Standard™,” “The True Integral Method™,” “The True Integral Health Ecosystem™,” and “Engineering Confidence™,” and all associated trademarks — is the property of True Integral or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s functionality or security
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful
Resell Products purchased from the Site in a manner that violates manufacturer distribution agreements, without our prior written authorization

9. Reviews & User Content

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant True Integral a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You are solely responsible for content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third party’s rights or contain false, misleading, or medically unsubstantiated claims.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (including social media pages) that are not owned or controlled by True Integral. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC MEDICAL OR HEALTH NEEDS. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT ANY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY THAT ACCOMPANIES A PRODUCT, OR ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE INTEGRAL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Integral, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at sales@trueintegral.com so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14.3 Venue

Subject to Section 14.2, any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

(If you prefer binding arbitration and a class-action waiver instead of court litigation, that language can be added here — this is a business decision that should be made with your attorney, as it significantly changes customers’ legal rights.)

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and SMS Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and True Integral regarding your use of the Site.
