Limited Lifetime Warranty

True Integral extends a limited lifetime warranty to customers who purchase a new True Integral brand blood glucose meter.

Under this limited lifetime warranty, your new meter is covered from the original date of purchase, as long as the product has not been modified, altered, damaged, misused, or used in a way that is inconsistent with the product instructions.

If the meter is found to be defective in material or workmanship, True Integral will replace the meter free of charge.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made. True Integral will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting directly or indirectly from the failure of the product to perform in accordance with its specifications.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain express or implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
