Privacy & Cookies Policy
True Integral (“True Integral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Last Updated: September 2, 2026
True Integral operates the website trueintegral.com (the “Site”) and sells home medical devices and health monitoring products, including blood glucose monitoring systems, diabetes test strips, lancets, blood pressure monitors, and mesh nebulizers. This Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our Site, create an account, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Create an account (name, email address, username, password)
- Place an order (billing and shipping address, phone number, email)
- Make a payment (processed by our third-party payment processor — see Section 4)
- Contact customer support or Contact Us (name, email, message content)
- Sign up for marketing emails or SMS
- Register a product, request a warranty repair, or submit a support ticket
- Leave a product review or submit a wishlist
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring/exit pages
- Shopping cart activity and items added to your wishlist or compare list
- Search terms used on the Site
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Payment processors (confirmation of payment, fraud-screening signals)
- Shipping carriers (delivery status)
- Analytics and advertising partners (e.g., aggregate or device-level data used for ads and site performance)
- Social media platforms, if you interact with our pages (Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube)
1.4 Health-Related Information
Because we sell products related to diabetes management, blood pressure, and respiratory care, some information you provide (for example, in a product review, a customer support message, or a warranty claim) may indirectly suggest a health condition. True Integral is a retailer, not a health care provider, health plan, or health care clearinghouse, and is not subject to HIPAA. We do not request diagnosis or treatment information, and we ask that you avoid including sensitive medical details in open text fields (such as order notes or support tickets) beyond what is necessary to resolve your issue. Any such information you do provide is treated as confidential and is used solely to service your order or support request — it is never sold and is not used for targeted advertising.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill orders, payments, and returns
- Create and manage your account, order history, and wishlist
- Provide customer support, warranty service, and product registration
- Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices)
- Send marketing emails or SMS, where you have opted in (see Section 6)
- Personalize your shopping experience and recommend products
- Improve the Site, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax, consumer protection, and product safety recordkeeping
We do not use health-related information (see Section 1.4) to serve targeted advertising.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
3.1 What Cookies Do
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the Site function, remember your preferences, and measure performance. We use the following categories:
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for core Site functions — cannot be disabled | Shopping cart, checkout session, login/authentication, security |
| Functional | Remember preferences and improve usability | Wishlist, recently viewed items, saved search filters |
| Analytics | Help us understand how visitors use the Site | Google Tag Manager, page views, click tracking |
| Advertising/Marketing | Deliver and measure relevant ads, including retargeting | Ad platform pixels, conversion tracking |
3.2 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties operating on our Site, such as our analytics provider (via Google Tag Manager), payment processor, and any advertising or social media platforms we integrate with (Facebook, Pinterest, X/Twitter, YouTube). These third parties may use cookies to collect information about your activity across other sites and over time.
3.3 Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through:
- Our cookie banner/preference tool (if enabled on the Site) at first visit or via a “Cookie Settings” link in the footer
- Your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies; see your browser’s help menu
- Opt-out tools — the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) let you opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies
Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site (such as the cart or checkout) from working properly.
3.4 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, hosting, email/SMS delivery, customer support tools, and analytics. These providers are contractually restricted to using your data only to provide services to us.
- Payment processors — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider(s).
- Business transfers — if True Integral is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of True Integral, our customers, or others (including product safety and adverse event reporting where legally required).
- With your consent — for any other purpose we disclose to you at the time of collection.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:
- Maintain your account and order history
- Fulfill the purposes described in this policy
- Comply with tax, accounting, warranty, and legal recordkeeping obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
6. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to marketing emails or SMS, you can withdraw consent at any time:
- Email — click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email, or update preferences in your account
- SMS — reply STOP to any marketing text message (see our separate SMS Policy for full terms)
You will continue to receive transactional messages (such as order and shipping confirmations) even after opting out of marketing, as these are necessary to service your purchase.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., order records we must retain for tax or warranty purposes)
- Opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising — where applicable under state law
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent our advertising cookies constitute a “sale” or “share” under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Other U.S. State Residents
Residents of certain other states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as they take effect) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or profiling.
International Visitors (including EEA/UK)
If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you may have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), consent (marketing), and legitimate interests (Site security and improvement).
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@trueintegral.com or call 1‑(888) 995‑1002. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted checkout (SSL/TLS), restricted access to customer data, and PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at sales@trueintegral.com so we can delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including social media pages) that are not operated by True Integral. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
